This example will demonstrate how to locate a deleted e-mail message from a family member (named Abby) pertaining to a particular subject (ski trip) received sometime within a defined time period (between June 18, 2001 and September 8, 2001)

Open your e-mail software program by clicking your cursor arrow on the Outlook Express e-mail icon located in the lower left corner of your desktop. This will launch your e-mail program.
