The most used form of History is "session history," the history of your current Internet session. It's utilized in your browser's Back and Forward buttons.

Once you've visited one or more sites during an Internet session, a little black arrow will appear on your browser's Back button. Click on it to access a pop-down list of these sites. (Note: This will enable you to skip the annoying process of hitting the Back button more than once and reloading numerous sites.)
