Note: This tutorial only describes how to install individual updates for Internet Explorer 6. As with everything you install on your computer, read through all documentation for the individual updates, make sure your computer meets the requirements for the individual updates, and follow the proper installation instructions for installing the individual updates.

If you'd like a more comprehensive way to find the latest security releases and updates for your computer, you can also use the Windows Update feature. You can open Windows Update by clicking on "Tools" in Internet Explorer's menubar and then selecting "Windows Update" from the drop-down menu.
