Clean up the e-mail text prior to forwarding the message. If the message that was sent to you has been forwarded several times, there’s a good chance it has “>” marks on the left side of each line of the message. These marks usually indicate the number of times the message has already been forwarded. Delete these “forward symbols” from the text as they can be distracting to your recipients. Also, if the message has been forwarded several times, previous recipients’ e-mail addresses will appear. Make sure you delete all such addresses as well. << LAST STEP NEXT STEP >> |
