There are two ways to open the "Customize Toolbar" dialog box. One way (Step 2A) is to click on the "View" menu and "Toolbars" from the resulting drop down menu. Next, select "Customize" from the submenu. Another way (Step 2B) is to find the small arrows on the right side of your browser's toolbar.
