Click next to the address card icon in the lower left field of the "Mailing List" window and start typing an address you wish to add. The address will be automatically completed for you. Click the "Enter" key on your keyboard to move down to the next line to enter another address.

You can also drag and drop address cards from the "Address Book" window onto this field instead of typing them.
