Under the "Sending" section, check the box to the left of "Break apart messages larger than" and enter the maximum size of the e-mail messages you are allowed to send. (Note: It is recommended that the maximum size to set is 1MB. If you need to send anything larger, be courteous and ask the intended recipient if they can accept larger files; they may have a slow Internet connection.)
